Who is responsible for your data?

This policy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

What data do we collect, and why?

  • When you write to us (email or WhatsApp): your name, contact details and the content of your message, to reply and prepare a quote.
  • When you book a call: your name, email address and chosen time slot, to organise the meeting. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
  • When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, to send you our advice. Emails are sent via Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and running properly.
  • Your preferred language is stored in your browser so the site appears in the right language on your next visit. This information is not sent to us.

Your consent (newsletter), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (quote, meeting), and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Who can access your data?

Only Heverly Studio and its technical providers: Vercel (hosting, USA), Infomaniak (email, Switzerland), Cal.com (booking), Brevo (newsletter, France) and WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us that way. Some are based in the United States; these transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long do we keep it?

Correspondence with prospects: 3 years after the last contact. Client data: for the duration of the contract, then in line with legal accounting retention periods. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or receive a copy. Write to us at contact@heverlystudio.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the FDPIC (Switzerland).
