Is there a commitment?
No. There is no commitment: you can cancel any month. Annual payment: 2 months free.
Can I bring over my current data?
Yes, with nothing to retype. Drop in your contracts and invoices (PDFs or photos) and your Excel files of remaining sessions and balances: they are imported automatically, and you check each document before it is saved. An import can be undone for 24 hours. Documents are read by an AI service (Claude, by Anthropic), only to suggest their content to you: they are not used to train the AI.
Can I get my data back?
Yes. All your data can be exported.
How does the training work?
When you first log in, a guided tour and a getting-started checklist show you the way. Less than 20 minutes of training are built into the app, with a short quiz at the end, so the whole team feels at ease from day one.
Can my clients book online?
Yes. Each business has its own booking page, with its colours, logo, wording and the services it chooses to offer. The same coach can't be booked in two places at the same time.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Heverly CRM runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and iPhone, with no app to install.
Is my data safe?
Each business only sees its own data, and each team member only accesses what their role allows. Data hosted in Europe (Frankfurt, Germany), encrypted connection and passwords.
